Who are eligible ( Individuals, who are) :

•  Members of the Bank
•  Residing and employed within the area of operation of the Bank
•  All Govt. employee or employee of Semi Govt. Dept./ Autonomous Bodies, Corporation, Board, where Govt. stake is involved or employee of certain approved educational/ medical institutions.
